It’s another quiet week of IP fee updates! There are some small, inflation-related PCT updates for Australia, Brazil, EPO, and Japan, but that’s about it. Most everyone knows that Romania joins the UPC on the 1st, but we’ve included that in case you have been living under a rock.

IP Fee Updates Effective October 1:
Annex D – International Searching Authority
Search fee (PCT Rule 16):
Will increase from 1,913,000 KRW to 2,037,000 KRW (when paid in KRW)
PCT Fee Decrease For Brazil
IP Fee Updates Effective October 1:

For online applications will decrease from 355 USD to 300 USD (when paid in USD)
