Client Planner received several updates this week that will make patent and trademark estimation a cinch.
To get ready for INTA, we’ve begun adding trademark capabilities to Client Planner, and we have a new automated budgeting mode that automatically builds a budget for you. We also continue to refine and enhance our service charge feature.

Client Planner: New Automatic Budget Planning
We now have an automatic option when creating a new budget plan in Client Planner for portfolio-level patent and trademark estimating. Simply select your duration, and Prokurio will analyze your portfolio, considering your pre-defined filing policies, and create a customizable budget in seconds!
Client Planner: Trademark Portfolio Importing
Importing your Trademark Portfolio for budget planning just got easier. Simply select the excel file you want to import, ensure the fields you want included are mapped correctly and click on the upload button. Any future uploads will save your mapped decisions as well.
IP Forecaster: Location Specific Service Charge Support
Continuing our efforts of evermore flexible service charge options from last week, we’ve now added office location capability for our multi-national office law firms. You can apply a charge to all locations or different charges based on specific locales to be applied to your forecasts.
