Georgia is now available when validating an EP patent, and the Geneva Act gets two new members – check out the details below.
New EP Validation Option: Georgia
The fee for validating a European patent in Georgia is 200 EUR, effective January 15th.
Note: Validation of a European patent in Georgia is only available for EP or international applications filed on or after 15 January 2024.
New Geneva Act Members
The Geneva Act (1999) of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs is set to take effect in Greece on February 13, 2024, followed by Italy on March 14, 2024.
