We’ve wanted (for a long time) to give users the ability to set default associates for jurisdictions and this week, we’ve brought that feature to life in IP Forecaster. We’ve also improved our global fee setup and cleaned up our forecast output.
Let’s see what was updated!
IP Forecaster: Global Fee Improvements
Sometimes you want a global fee to not be quite so global – like when you only charge a fee if an international associate performs a service. Now, you can set up a global fee and add a condition that doesn’t include the fee if there isn’t an applicable associate fee in the forecast.
IP Forecaster: New Default Associate Capability
Even if you have multiple associates in a jurisdiction, you probably have a preferred associate that you use under normal circumstances. We now give you the ability to set your default associate for a jurisdiction. Select Colombia and automatically get your preferred associate. The best part? If you have specific associates connected to clients, those will still be used when you do a forecast for that client.
IP Forecaster: Output Screen Improvements
We’ve cleaned up the Forecast output screen and have updated the headings to be more meaningful. We’ve also added more detail to the summary at the bottom of the screen.
