Need to quickly calculate excess claims in any jurisdiction to see what the cost will be for the excess claims in an application? The Excess Claims Cost Estimator on your Prokurio homepage makes this quick and easy. Let’s take a look!
- At the top right of your Homepage, you will see the Excess Claims Cost Estimator card.
- Select the country you’re expecting to file into, then select the PTO Filing Fee type (filing method).
- Included claims indicate the number of application claims that are included in this country without any additional charge.
- Under Total Claims, enter the total number of claims from the application you are filing.
- That’s it! Now just click on the Calculate button to see your results.
- You can make changes as needed to the fields and simply click the Calculate button again to update your results.
- If you click on the “Click here for more details” link, you will be redirected to your selected country’s PTO Fee Details screen.
- This will show you all of the fee details the Excess Claims Cost Estimator used to generate your fee amount.
