Canadian Design Fee Changes
Canada has announced an across-the-board fee update, including design fees, effective in January. Check out the updates below!
Canada Hague Design Fees Updated Effective January 2024
WIPO announced fee updates for international applications in which Canada is designated and updates to the fees for the international registrations designating Canada will be increased from January 1, 2024:
The individual designation fee will increase from 316 Swiss Francs to 370 Swiss Francs per design.
Renewal costs for the first renewal will increase from 276 Swiss Francs to 324 Swiss Francs. However, the subsequent renewals are free.
