We had two focus areas this week – flexibility and usability.
In the flexibility department, we’ve expanded what you can do with the country group and service charge features. We checked the usability box by making the portfolio import easier to use.

IP Forecaster: New Client Country Groups
To simplify patent cost planning, we’ve added a client dropdown to country groups, allowing you to create client-specific country groups for use when doing client forecasts.
IP Forecaster: Filing Routes for Service Charges
Previously, any service charges you added would apply to all filing routes. We’ve now added a filing routes dropdown so you can choose which filing route(s) apply to the charge.
For example, now you can have one service charge for direct filings and another for national or regional filings.
Client Planner: Enhanced Portfolio Import
Uploading a portfolio and mapping the correct fields can sometimes be challenging when planning patent costs using Client Planner.
We’ve enhanced the mapping screen so it’s easy to know what is in your Excel file and what Prokurio expects. Additionally, we’ve added an Import Samples column to show you example data from your spreadsheet.
