This week’s IP Cost Estimation update focuses on configuration and flexibility. You can now configure attorney-specific fees and restrict users from accessing fees or setting up tools. We’ve also centralized the standard forecast settings.

IP Forecaster: New Forecast-Only Role
Our new “Forecast-Only” role allows you to restrict your users’ access to the bare minimum features. Users within this role only have access to forecasting tools – no fees or setup utilities.
IP Forecaster: Attorney-Specific Fees
With this feature, we’ve made it easy to create attorney-specific fees and incorporate them into your forecasts. The first version of this feature supports fixed fee arrangements, hourly rate support is coming in July.
IP Forecaster: Simplified Forecast Defaults
Setting up the default settings for forecasts was a bit of a hassle, so we have created a dedicated page for forecast defaults. Now, you just have one place to go to look for standard forecast settings.
