• Patent application costs (including EP transfers) increased from 4,650 NOK to 6,050 NOK.
• The fee for each patent claim beyond the first ten increased from 250 NOK to 325 NOK.

• The fee for each additional class increased from 750 NOK to 1,000 NOK.
• Renewal fees increased from 2,600 NOK to 3,400 NOK.
• Renewal fees for each additional class beyond the first increased from 1,000 NOK to 1,300 NOK.

Design Updates

• Industrial design application costs have increased from 2,470 NOK to 1,900 NOK.
• The fee for each design in an application increased from 1,300 NOK to 1,690 NOK.
• The cost for the first 5-year renewal period increased from 2,900 NOK to 3,770 NOK.
• The second 5-year renewal period increased from 3,500 NOK to 4,550 NOK.
• The fee for the third renewal period increased from 4,100 NOK to 5,330 NOK.
• The fifth renewal period fee increased from 5,000 NOK to 6,500 NOK.
• The renewal fee for each design beyond the first increased from 1,300 NOK to 1,690 NOK.
