Creating and sending invitations to new users #
Your subscription enables you to add as many users as you want, and your users can run as many forecasts as they would like with no additional costs. You’ll use Prokurio’s user management screen to invite and manage users. Let’s invite another user to join the fun!
- On the left navigation panel, click on Your Account to expand the selection
- Click on Manage Team
- Select Add User
- Enter Email address, first and last name, display name.
- Select the user group of Administrator, Team Member, Attorney or External Partner to apply the corresponding security profile.
- Click on the Send Invitation button if you want to invite the user now, or save and invite them later.
- Your user will receive an email with a link to create their password and access will then be granted to the platform.
