The LATEST AT PROKURIO
It seems like every country in the world raised fees effective April; so far, the month has been pretty quiet on the financial front, except for the new PTO in Myanmar, which we’ve covered to death. We’ve been busy working on a number of initiatives, so we thought we’d take a moment to get you up to speed with what’s been going on behind the scenes at Prokurio.
IP Invoice Review Enhancements
We continue to add capabilities to our IP invoice review systems.
We’ve been training our machine learning models on PDF invoices with several early adopter clients and will officially launch support for PDF invoices in May. This is also a step towards supporting outside counsel invoice review – stay tuned for news on that front.
We’ve also added design coverage, enabling us to benchmark any design invoices you receive.
Help Us Test IP Forecaster!
We launched the first version of IP Forecaster in March and received great feedback from our initial early adopters. This month, we added trademarks and extensive configuration capabilities and are finalizing estimates for international filing routes.
When we are done, we’ll have fees for every IP type in every jurisdiction. We also want to examine the fees for major jurisdictions, providing late fees, grace periods, and other hard-to-locate costs.
We are also developing a series of wizards that complement IP Forecaster, enabling you to estimate the costs of things like translations or claim costs without running a full forecast.
We welcome anyone interested in kicking the tires. Shoot us a note at support@prokurio.com if you’d like free, no-obligation access to test out and provide feedback on our latest version.
